Part 3 – Life After Trauma

In this last session in this series, Part 2 – Life After Trauma – Ginny Focht-New helps us see the lasting effects trauma can play in our lives, often without us being fully aware that it related to these earlier events. She also continues using the two case studies introduced in Part 1 and 2 to help us better understand how family patterns, early life experiences, and many factors can influence how trauma impacts us. And, most importantly, assists us to find ways to not just face our truths but develop lasting practices we can do to help ourselves and others.

A note of caution – we cannot talk about trauma without understanding that this may bring up memories, feelings, and more, especially if you have ever experienced trauma. Ginny starts out the presentation with some simple tools you can use as you go through this training that may be of help to you. We encourage you to take care of yourself throughout the presentation.
