Overview:
Your training is complete! Or is it…?
- Did you get the information across to your learners?
- Were there things you could do to improve learning outcomes?
- Were there situations that could have ben handled better?
- Have you learned something new or different that needs to be added to the training next time?
Feedback and evaluation are the keys to making ourselves better trainers and continuing the cycle of training development. How do you gather this information in your work environments? What creative strategies do you use to gage the effectiveness of your teaching, and improve as a trainer?
