Lesson 3 – Taking Care of Ourselves
Overview:
As we have often shared, our work as trainers requires preparation, and one form of preparation that we cannot forget is to take care of ourselves. If we are not feeling our best, or are distracted, this will come across to our learners. We want to give our best, but we also need to remember to re-fuel re-charge, and re-energize ourselves. We are pleased to share with you a variety of resources to help you do just that. Feel free to share in the discussion forum ways you have found to take care of yourself as well. We all can learn from one another.
